WHEREAS, Stellar Homes Arizona, LLC is the owner of 512.5 acres within the Sky Ranch Specific Plan, generally located in Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 11 East, and has applied for approval of a final plat for 365 lots on 512.5 acres; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council has considered the project at the regular Town Council meeting, June 15, 2004 and has determined that the final plat for Sky Ranch satisfies all Town requirements and should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the final plat, submitted by Stellar Homes Arizona, LLC for a 365-1ot single family detached home subdivision on 512.5 acres located at the southeast comer of Tangerine Road and Camino de Oeste be approved.
