The process for selecting activities that will be funded as part of the PY 2024 CDBG Annual Action Plan included two community meetings, two public hearings, and a 30-day public comment period to allow public input of the proposed projects. CDBG funds must be used to: benefit low -and moderate -income (LMI) persons of the Town of Marana; to prevent or alleviate slum and blight; and/or address urgent need of the Town and must be consistent with the Town's Five -Year Consolidated Plan.
