FACILITY CONDITION:
MARANA OPERATION'e CENTER
• Many buildings that vary in age and
condition. All have some ADA and
quality deficiencies that need to be
addressed.
• Existing building layout is highly
inefficient for the site and will
create issues for expansion plans.
• Site is not large enough to meet the
10-year needs of all departments
currently located here (Public
Works, Police Department, Parks
and Recreation).

• Buildings that vary in condition
from fair condition to end of
useful life.
• Building D is a trailer and too
small to accommodate staff
needs.
• Records and other storage on
site are in a series of Conex
boxes, which are in fair condition
but not an ideal storage solution
for the contents.
