MARANA MUNICIPAL COMPLEX FACILITY CONDITION: MARANA OPERATION'e CENTER • Many buildings that vary in age and condition. All have some ADA and quality deficiencies that need to be addressed. • Existing building layout is highly inefficient for the site and will create issues for expansion plans. • Site is not large enough to meet the 10-year needs of all departments currently located here (Public Works, Police Department, Parks and Recreation).
