HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2024-086 Approving the Final Plat for Bridle Bit Ranch, LLC, Lots 1-4 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2024-086 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BRIDLE BIT RANCH, LLC, LOTS 1-4, GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF CLYDE PLACE AND SOUTH OF BERRY STREET WITHIN PORTIONS OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH AND RANGE 11 EAST WHEREAS, on August 29, 1977, the Mayor and Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 77-006, establishing and approving the zoning of the Town of Marana;and WHEREAS Cadman Designs, on behalf of Bridle Bit Ranch,LLC, has applied for approval of a final plat for Bridle Bit Ranch,LLC,Lots 1-4,located generally west of Clyde Place and South of Berry Street within portions of Section 19, Township 11 South and Range East,which land was zoned Zone D-Designated Flood Plain Zone per Ordinance No. 77-006;and WHEREAS the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on October 1, 2024, determined that the final plat for Bridle Bit Ranch, LLC, Lots 1-4 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the final plat for Bridle Bit Ranch, LLC, Lots 1-4, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 1st day of October,2024.
