• Make parcel designations of the original specific plan consistent with the approved block plat to streamline review
processes.
• Relocated commercial land use to a more central location within the planning area to provide neighborhood -scale
services (i.e., coffee shop, bakery, hair salon, dental office, etc.) within walkable distances of several neighborhoods
south of the Municipal Complex.
• Updated development standards to be generally more consistent with the new Town zoning code (i.e., Building
Height — MHDR = 30' R-3/MR-2 = 30'/35', Lot Coverage — MHDR = 75% R-3/MR-2 = 75%/70%)
