HONEA deeded certain real property to the Town of Marana in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR. ($1.00), a copy of the
legal description of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof and marked as Exhibit "A'!; and
WHEREAS the purpose of said conveyance was deemed to
be a gift to the Town of Marana by ROBER~ L. HONEA and PATRICIA J.
HONEA for the express purpose of providing the Town with real
property for the construction of a Levee thereon by the Town for
the good of the Town; and
WHEREAS only a minimal portion of Exhibit "A" was
utilized by the Town in accordance with the express intent of
the Grantors; and ~ . ~
WHEREAS that portion of the property which was not
utilized by the Town (the legal description of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B") is
no longer needed by the Town for the specific purposes for which
it was conveyed to the Town; and.
WHEREAS the Grantors RGBERT L. HONEA and PATRICIA J.
HGNEA now desire the Town to return that unused portion as set
forth in Exhibit "B" to them;- ~
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that for the consideration of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, 'the Town
of Marana shall reconvey to ROBERT L. HONEA and PATRICIA J.
HONEA, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of
survivorship,

Legal Description of Unused Portion
of Flood Control Right-of-Way
All that portion of the Northwest quarter. of Section 33,
Township 11 South, Range 11 East, Gila and Salt River Base
and Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, described in Docket 6421~
page 734, except the following:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter
of Section 33; thence N 00° 48'36" W, along the West line
of Section 33, a distance of 996.46 feet; thence N 89° 11'
24" E, a distance of 95.00 feet to the intersection of the
Easterly right-of-way line of Sanders Road with the Southerly
line of Santa Cruz River right-of-way, as recorded in Book~
5002, Page 78, said point being the True Place of Beginning
of the parcel herein described; thence Easterly on a convex
curve to the right having a radius of 4855.51 feet and a delta
angle of 5° 16' 01", an are distance of 446.34 feet; thence
radially S 20° 20' 38" W, a distance of 301.05 feet; thence
N 45° 48' 36" W, a distance of 444.67 feet; thence N 00° 48'
36" W, along the easterly right-of-way line of Sanders Road,
a distance of 108.06 feet to the True Place of Beginning and
containing 1.965 Acres, more or less.
