A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF 'i'M TOWN
OF MARANA, ARIZONA AU'£~ORIZING 'l'~ MAYOR TO FF~.CUTW. DEEDS
TO CORRECT CERTAIN LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS RELATING TO TOWN PROPERTY
WHEKEAS on the 2nd day of April, 1980 Robert L. Honea
and Patricia J. Honea, husband and wife, did convey to the Town
of Marana certain real property containing 5.95 acres, more or
less, which was recorded in Book 6421, Page 734 of the Pima
County Recorder's Office on December 8, 1980; and
WHEREAS the real property set forth in the foregoing
Deed should have been deeded to said Robert L. Honea and Patricia
J. Honea, rather than to the Town of Marana; and
WHEREAS on the 20th day of January, 1982 the Town of
Marana, Arizona did convey to Robert L. Honea and Patricia J.
Honea, husband and wife, certain real property containing 1.965
acres, more or less, which was recorded in Book 6706 Page 614
ofthe Pima County Recorder's Office on January 27, 1982; and
WHEREAS the real property set forth in the foregoing
Deed should have been deeded to the Town of Marana, rather than
to Robert L. Honea and Patricia J. Honea; and
WHEREAS this matter has recently come to the attention
of the Town Council, and the Town Council desires to correct the
errors as set forth therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Marana, Arizona that the Mayor is hereby empowered to
execute those certain Quit Claim Deeds, attached hereto and made
a part hereof and marked as Exhibits A and B, in order to correct
the scrivener's error hereinbefore set forth.
PASSED ANDADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona this 5th day of April, 1988.

Commencing at the SW corner of the NW quarter of Section 33[
thence N 00° 48' 36" W, along the West line of Section 33,
a distance of 996.46 feet; thence N 89° 11' 24" E, a distance
of 95.00 feet to the intersection of the Easterly right-of-wa~
line of Sanders Road with the Southerly line of Santa Cruz
River right-of-way, as recorded in Book 5002, Page 78, said
point being the True Place of Beginning of the parcel herein
described; ~hence Easterly on a convex curve to the right
having a radius of 4855.51 feet and a delta angle of 5°
16' 01", ~n arc distance of 446.34 feet~ thence radially
S 20° 20' 38" W, a distance of 301.05 feet7 thence N 45°
48' 36" W, a distance of 444.67 feet7 thence N 00° 48' 36"
W, along bhe east~Iy'righ~aof-way line of Sanders Road, a
distance.of 108.06 feet to the True Place of Beginning and
containing 1,965 Acres, more or less.
EXEMPT FROM FILING FEE pursuant to A.R.S. Section 42-1614(A)(3}
and A.R.S. Section 42-1614(B)(2), to' correct that certain
Deed previously recorded at Book 6706, Page 614, Office of
the Pima County Recorder.
