HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 89-009 amending resolution 88-14 and amending fees for various development reviews by the council RESOLUTION NO. 89-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-14 AND AMENDING FEES FOR VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS BY THE TOWN COUNCIL W~HEREAS the Town Council a schedule of fees for various development No. 88-14 on June 21, 1988; and of the Town of Marana adopted reviews in Resolution WHEREAS the fees chargeable for certain development reviews of neighborhood plans and specific plans should be modified to take into account the actual costs incurred for reviewing same. NOW, THEREFORE, Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona that Resolution No. be amended as follows: 1. as follows: BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town 88-14 That the neighborhood/specific plan fees be payable neighborhood/specific plan $40.00 per acre; and A.
