A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-14 AND AMENDING
FEES FOR VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
W~HEREAS the Town Council
a schedule of fees for various development

WHEREAS the fees chargeable for certain development
reviews of neighborhood plans and specific plans should be
modified to take into account the actual costs incurred for
reviewing same.
NOW, THEREFORE,

fees, in the event that the Town of Marana
incurs actual costs, including but not
limited to consulting fees, which exceed 75%

additional fees, and any permits issued or
approvals Given by the Town shall be
contingent upon all excess costs being paid
by the applicant prior to the issuance of
said permit or approval of said plan.
