HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 90-020 official canvass of the may 15, 1990 special electionRESOLUTION NO. 90-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF MAKANA DECLARING AN OFFICIAL CANVASS WHEREAS A.R.S. to canvass an election not less than fifteen days following an election; and WHEREAS a special election Marana on May 15, 1990 to put before property tax referendum. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town of Marana, Arizona as follows: Section 16-642 requires the Town Council six days nor more than was held by the Town of the voters of the Town a the Town Council of ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~A¥OR Date Signed: 1. That the Canvass of Election of May 15, 1990, attached hereto, is hereby adopted as the official canvass of the Town of Marana Special Election of May 15, 1990. 2. A certified permanent copy of this official canvass shall be filed with the Marana Town Clerk, and shall be maintained and preserved as a permanent public record pursuant to A.R.S. Section 16-646(C).
