A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE TWIN PEAKS ROAD ON THE FEDERAL
SECONDARY SYSTEM
-AID
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Marana adopted
Resolution No. 84-05 designating it's Federal Aid Secondary
Roads, and
WHEREAS, only those roads functionally classified as a rural
major collectors are eligible as Federal-Aid Secondary Roads,
WHEREAS, Twin Peaks Road from 1-10 west of Sanders Road can
be functionally classified as a rural major collector.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Twin Peaks Road from Inter-
state 10 west to Sanders Road, a distance of 7.62 miles of which
about 2.3 miles are under Pima Count¥'s jurisdiction, be desig-
nated as Federal-Aid Secondary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Marana
this 6th day of November, 1990.
