RESOLUTION 91-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, PROVIDING NOTICE OF THE PRIMARY ELECTION
WHEREAS, it is provided by law for the holding of a Primary
Election; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council has by resolution called a
Primary Election to be held on March 26, 1991
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Town of Marana, as follows:
Section 1. Designation of Election Date
That the Town Primary Election be held on Tuesday, March 26,
· 1991 for the purpose of nominating candidates for the offices of
Council Members. Three positions are to be filled. The candi-
dates are:
Elwtn A. Clifton,
Eddie R. Honea
Helen V. Key
Robert P. McCrea
David C. Morales
Jr.
Any candidates receiving a majority of all of the votes cast
at the Primary Election will be declared elected without running
at the general election.
Section 2. Referendum
That at the Town of Marana's primary election on March 26,
1991, Marana Town Ordinance No. 88.19 shall be referred to a vote
of the qualified electors of the Town of Marana for their approv-
al or rejection.
Section 3. Marana Community Facilities District Annexation
Shall the Adonis Subdivision be annexed to the existing
Marana Community Facilities District?
Section 4. Election Officials
The Town Clerk will appoint the election officials.
Section 5. Polling Place end Time
The polling place shall be at Marana Town Hall, 13251N. Lon
Adams Rd., Marana, Arizona. The polls shell be open from 6:00
a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Marana, Arizona this 5th day of March,
