HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 91-013 declaring an official canvass of the March 26, 1991 electionRESOLUTION NO. 91-13 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF MARANA DECLARING AN OFFICIAL CANVASS WHEREAS, A.R.S. Section 16-642 requires the Town Council to canvass an election not less than six days nor more than fifteen days following an election; and WHEREAS, a primary election was held by the Town of Marana on March 26, 1991 to elect three council persons, to fezone the "Naranja Property" to a "B" zoning, and a special election for the Marana Community Facilities Improvement District, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona as follows: 1. That the Canvass of Election of March 26, 1991, attached hereto, is hereby adopted as the official canvass of the Town of Marana primary and special election of March 26, 1991. 2. A certified permanent copy of this official canvass shall be filed with ~he Marana Town Clerk, and shall be main- tained and preserved as a permanent public record pursuant to A.R.S. Section 16-646 (C). PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Marana this 2nd day of April, 1991.
