CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND CONSTITUTING THE NEW S~LVF_,R~.r.r~ ROAD.
WI-~REAS, the SVP Investment Managers Limited Parmership has taken title to the
majority of the RA Homes development in Continental Ranch, including most of the Right-Of-
Way for the roadway known as the new Silverbell Road; and
WHF. REA$, $VP wishes to transfer the portion of the Right-Of-Way of the new
Silverbell Road which it owns to the Town of Marana; and
WHI~REAS, the Town of Marana wishes to accept the Right-Of-Way while not accepting
the street for maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Mararia,
Arizona, that it shall accept the Right-Of-Way dedication of roadway parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, and 10, more fully set forth on the legal descriptions and maps attached hereto. These
parcels are accepted by the Town, however the town is not accepting the parcels for
maintenance. It is understood that by contract between Marana and SVP, the roadway is to be
completed to the satisfaction of the Town of Marana before it is accepted for maintenance. This
resolution incorporates the agreement between Marana and SVP dated November 20, 1992. The
Mayor and Town Clerk are authorized and directed to sign and attest, for and on behalf of the
Town of Marana, any necessary documents in order to accept this dedication.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Mararia, Arizona, on March 2, 1993.

COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the said Section 34;
THENCE S 01'01'00" E, along the East line of the said Section 34, a
distance of 327.31 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way of Cortaro Road,
recorded in Docket 8097 at Page 1971;
THENCE S 33°30'07" W, along the said right-of-way, a distance of 1,115.28
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE S 33'30'07" W, along the said right-of-way, a distance of 25.02 feet
to a point of curvature of a tangent curve concave to the North;
THENCE Westerly along the arc of said curve, to the right, having a radius
of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 087'29'53" for an arc distance of 76.36
