A 1LESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED
WITH THE TOWN CLERK AND ENTITLED NDEVELOPMI:~.NT CODE, TITLE 5.10.09,
MR-1 MULTI-FAMII,Y,' AND DECLARING AN EMF_~GENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the mayor and council of the Town of Mararia, Arizona:
THAT certain document entitled ~DEVELOPMENT CODE, TITLE 5.10.09, MR-1
MULTI-FAMILY," three copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, is hereby
declared to be a public record, and said copies axe ordered to remain on file with the Town
Clerk.
WI-IEREAS, it is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health and safety of the
Town of Mararia, Arizona, an emergency is declared to exist, and this resolution shall be
effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Mararia, Arizona,
this 3rd day of August, 1993.
