HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 93-030 declaring title 10.10 of the land development code a public recordRF-gOLUTION NO. 93-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF ~ TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE TOWN CLERK AND ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT CODE, TITLE 10.10, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS," AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT RESOLVED by the mayor and council of the Town of Mararia, Arizona: THAT certain document entitled "DEVELOPMENT CODE, TITLE 10.10, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS,' three copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, is hereby declared to be a public record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file with the Town Clerk. WHEREAS, it is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health and safety of the Town of Mararia, Arizona, an emergency is declared to exist, and this resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Mararia, Arizona, this 3rd day of August, 1993.  ~ AS TO FORM: Town Attorney Mayor ORA HARN Town of Marana Resolution For The Adoption Of The Budget Resolution No. 93-31 Fiscal Year 93-94 WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Title 42 Sections 301, 302, 303 and 304, A.R.S, the Town Council did, on July 6, 1993, make an estimate of the different amounts required to meet the public expenditures/expenses for the ensuring year, also an estimate of revenues from sources other than direct taxation, and the amount-to be raised by taxation upon real and personal property of the Town of Marana. WHEREAS, in accordance with said sections of said Title, and following due public notice, the Council met on July 20, 1993 at which meeting any taxpayer was privileged to appear and be heard in favor of or against any of the proposed expenditures/expenses of tax levies, and WHEREAS, it appears that publication has been duly made as required by law, of said estimates together with a notice that the Town Council would meet on July 20, 1993 at the office of the Council for the purpose of hearing taxpayers and making tax levies as set forth in said estimates, and WHEREAS, it appears that the sums to be raised by taxation, as specified therein, do not in the aggregate amount exceed that amount as computed in Title 42 Section 301. A, A.R.S., therefore be it RESOLVED, that the said estimates of revenues and expendi- tures/expenses shown on the accompanying schedules as now in- creased, reduced or changed by and the same are hereby adopted as the budget of the Town of Marana for the fiscal year 1993-94.
