RESOLUTION NO. 95-01

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LA MIRAGE ESTATES
SUBDMSION, WITH CONDmONS.
WHEREAS, Dr. Peter Doerken is the owner of the property known as La Mirage
Estates, located adjacent to the eastern border of Adonis Mobile Home Park, and has applied
to the Town of Marana for approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was presented to the Marana Planning Commission on
November 30, 1994 and the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary
Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council heard from the representative of the owner, staff,
and members of the public at the Regular Town Council Meeting held January 3, 1995 and has
determined that the Preliminary Subdivision Plat for La Mirage Estates should be approved, with
conditions.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona that the
Preliminary Plat for La Mirage Estates Subdivision is approved, upon the condition that any
development shall comply with the Marana Native Plant Ordinance and other Marana
Ordinances, and with the following additional conditions:
1. If, in the opinion of the Marana Planning Administrator, any significant design changes
are necessary on the plat due to the construction of the wastewater facility, a revised
Preliminary Plat will be submitted for review and action by the Planning Commission.
2. A development agreement must be submitted for review and action prior to the Final Plat
approval, and if a development agreement is not approved by the Town, a Final Plat will
not be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
