OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SUNSET RANCH ESTATES SUBDMSION. WHEREAS, Philip Amos is the owner of property known as Sunset Ranch Estates, located near the Southwest corner of Scenic Drive and Pima Farms Road, and has applied to the Town of Marana for approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plat; and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was presented to the Marana Planning Commission on November 30, 1994 and the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council heard from the representative of the owner, staff, and members of the public at the Regular Town Council Meeting held January 3, 1995 and has determined that the Preliminary Subdivision Plat for La Mirage Estates should be approved. BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Maran a, Arizona that the Preliminary Plat for Sunset Ranch Estates Subdivision is approved, upon the condition that any development shall comply with the Marana Native Plant Ordinance and other Marana Ordinances.
