HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 95-031 adopting the FY 1995-1996 budgetRESOLUTION NO. 95-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TI-IE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF MARANA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96. WHEREAS, on June 6, 1995, in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. § 42-301 et. seq., the Mararia Town Council did make an estimate of the different amounts required to meet the public expenditures/expenses for the 95-96 fiscal year and did estimate the revenues to be received from sources other than direct marion; and WI-IEREAS, the Mararia Town Council held a public meeting on June 6, 1995 following due public notice where taxpayers that appeared were heard in favor of or against any of the proposed expenditures/expenses of tax levies; and WHEREAS, the sums to be raised by taxation as specified in the budget attached hereto as Exhibit A, as amended, do not, in the aggregate amount, exceed the expenditure limitation set by the Council on June 6, 1995. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the tentative budget setting forth the estimates of revenues and expenditures/expenses, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, as increased, decreased or changed by the Town Council are hereby adopted as the final budget for the Town of Marana for the fiscal year 95-96.
