A RF_.SOLUTION OF TI-IE MAYOR AND COUNCIl. OF THE TOWN OF MARANA,
ARIZONA, ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF SILVERBELL ROAD, COACHL]RqE ROAD AND
TWIN PEAKS ROAD HqTO THE TOWN OF MARANA STRI=.I=.T MAINTENANCE
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Silverbell Road, Coachline Road and Twin Peaks Road, where those roads
are contained within the Continental Ranch Specific Plan, are located entirely within the
boundaries of the Town of Mararia; and
WHEREAS, these three roads are not presemly included in the Town of Marana Street
Maintenance System; and
WHEREAS, the roadway portion of these roads (not the landscaping and irrigation) have
been inspected and recommended for acceptance into the Town of Marana Street Maintenance
System by the Town Engineer.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona that the
roadway portions, and not the landscaping and irrigation), of the following roads shall be accepted
into the Town of Marana Street Maintenance System and be maintained as public roadways:
That portion of Silverbell Road contained completely within the boundaries of the
Continental Ranch Specific Plan.
That portion of Coachline Road contained completely within the boundaries of the
Continental Ranch Specific Plan.
That portion of Twin Peaks Road contained completely within the boundaries of the
Continental Ranch Specific Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Mararia, Arizona,
